Teaching yoga is more than my profession — it’s my passion.
This incredible practice has transformed my life, and I’m continually inspired by what the body and mind can achieve through movement, breath, and connection.
Supporting students on their own yoga journey and witnessing their growth is one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do.
My classes are warm, welcoming, and inclusive, with a focus on alignment, flexibility, strength, and, most importantly, breath awareness. Whether you’re completely new to yoga, an experienced yogi, or somewhere in between, I’m here to guide, support, and encourage you every step of the way.
I offer a variety of weekly classes including Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Aerial/Trapeze Yoga, Menopause Yoga, SUP Yoga, and SUP Fitness, available as group sessions, corporate classes, and private tuition. No matter your age, experience, or ability, there’s a practice to suit you. I also host specialist workshops and yoga retreats in beautiful locations around the world.
My aim as a yoga teacher is to inspire people to discover the best version of themselves — both on and off the mat. One of the most rewarding aspects of teaching is seeing the friendships, support, and sense of community that naturally grow when people come together through yoga.

I bring warmth, compassion, and encouragement to every class, creating a supportive space where students can gently move beyond their comfort zones with confidence. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching for me is watching students grow and flow through their practice with grace, self-acceptance, and an open heart.
