Teaching Yoga is my passion I absolutely love it, this practice and all it has to offer has changed my life. I’m amazed at what our bodies can achieve, watching my students go through their Yoga journey is so fulfilling. Yoga helps find balance in all areas of our lives; take us on a journey of transformation, whatever that maybe.
I run friendly and welcoming classes, working on alignment, flexibility, strength and most importantly the breath. Whether you are an absolute beginner, advanced Yogi or something in-between I’m here to support and encourage you through your Yoga practice.
Weekly sessions include Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Trapeze and Sup Yoga/Fitness for group, corporate and private classes, regardless of your age and ability – you'll find something that's just right for you. I also run specialist Workshops and Yoga Retreats worldwide.
My gift as a Yoga teacher is to inspire people to see a better version of themselves, to show them there potential and to let them know it’s safe to “let go”. One of the most rewarding things for me is seeing the help and encouragements between students and special friendships made as people come together through Yoga!
Zoe brings love and compassion to her teaching, enabling people to develop beyond their comfort zone with her support and guidance. The most amazing and rewarding thing for Zoe is to see her students flow through their practice with grace, acceptance and an open heart.
