Classes

Classes take place in a variety of settings across the South Coast. 

I run friendly and welcoming classes, working on alignment, flexibility, strength and most importantly the breath. Whether you are an absolute beginner, advanced Yogi or something in-between I’m here to support and encourage you through your Yoga practice.

Please could you fill out the on line health questionnaire before starting your first class.

Hello Everyone,

I am sure you will be pleased to hear that you can now book my physical classes. We are following government guidelines to make attending classes with us as safe as possible.

The facilities, and equipment will be cleaned before and after class. The venue is well ventilated, and we have made changes to access of the venue to reduce contact with fellow customers. Please note attendance is at your own risk.

Please read and sign before class

Please read and sign the Health Questionnaire and the Covid 19 Wavier form. You will only need to do this once. This must be done before starting your first class.

Please book in advance on Happy Tickets

We will be unable to accept cash or cheques, to avoid handling money, and reducing face to face contact. Please book online.

Limited numbers book early

Because of the Covid-19, UK government restrictions mean that we have reduced class sizes to allow for a 2-meter social distancing for the foreseeable future. Therefore, to guarantee a space booking is essential.

Class prices

Smaller class sizes, and increased cost of cleaning before and after activities means that we have increased prices by a small amount to cover the increased costs.

Prepare before joining a class

We will be following guidelines and request that you turn up to a class 5 minutes prior class commencing, at the end of the class please leave quickly after the session has ended. Changing facilities will not be available.

We will supply hand steriliser for you to use on your arrival and before the class starts. Regularly wash your hands.

For the time being we will not be providing mats, towels, blocks or straps so please bring your own.

Personal hygiene

Unless Government guidelines change the wearing of masks will not be mandatory, you're of course welcome to wear one if you wish.

If you do need to use a tissue during class place it immediately in the bins provided, sterilise or wash your hands after. Please maintain regular good hygiene.

 If you need to contact me

If you are feeling unwell or have been identified as being in contact with a carrier, or you have contracted Covid-19 please do not attend the class and let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to re-schedule your class so that you don’t lose out on the booking. contact me.
