Private Yoga Tuition

Private yoga tuition is a wonderful way to deepen your practice, whether you are completely new to yoga or already have experience.

Tailored specifically to your individual needs, private sessions offer a supportive and personalised approach to learning.

These sessions are especially beneficial if you are recovering from an injury, feeling nervous about joining group classes, or wanting to work through a specific challenge within your practice.

Each session is carefully designed around you, your goals, and your body. Zoe will create a personalised yoga plan to support your progress between sessions, helping you build confidence, strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace.

Private sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home at a time that works best for you. Sessions are available one-to-one or in small groups, making them a perfect way to practise together with friends or family.

Zoe also offers private yoga experiences for corporate wellbeing events, birthdays, hen parties, and special occasions.

All sessions must be booked in advance, and a 48-hour cancellation policy applies.
