About Zoe

My journey began in the world of dance at the age of four — a passion that took me across the globe and inspired a lifelong love of movement, expression, and wellbeing.

Health and fitness have always been at the heart of my life, and by the age of 25 I had begun working as a fitness instructor, helping others discover confidence and strength through movement.

After exploring a variety of yoga styles, I discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which sparked a powerful journey of self-discovery and personal transformation.

In 2007, I travelled to Thailand to complete an intensive two-month yoga teacher training, deepening both my practice and understanding of yoga philosophy and teaching.

Driven by a passion for continuous learning, I regularly travelled throughout India, Asia, and Europe to study with some of the world’s leading yoga teachers. Along the way, I explored both ancient and modern approaches to cleansing practices, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing.

In 2015, I was honoured to receive the title of Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK, recognising over 4,000 hours of teaching experience across eight years.

In 2010, I was introduced to Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) by Jason Bergin, and quickly discovered that a paddleboard makes the perfect yoga mat. Together, we created Sup Yoga Bournemouth, combining balance, movement, and the beauty of being on the water. I now work as a trainer for ASI in SUP Yoga and co-authored the training manuals for SUP Fitness Levels 1 and 2.

Another of my passions is Aerial and Trapeze Yoga — I love the freedom, creativity, and playfulness of moving upside down and exploring new possibilities in the air. I qualified as an Aerial Yoga Teacher in 2018 and continue to enjoy sharing this exciting practice with others.

My love for learning has also led me to train in specialist areas of yoga, including becoming an Accredited Menopause Yoga Teacher with Petra Coveney. Menopause Yoga offers women a supportive and empowering space to navigate this important stage of life, helping to manage symptoms while encouraging reflection, confidence, and connection.

Since hosting my first yoga retreat in Turkey in 2011, I have gone on to lead luxury wellness retreats and workshops in beautiful locations around the world, bringing people together through movement, mindfulness, and community.

I bring warmth, compassion, and encouragement to every class, creating a supportive environment where students can grow beyond their comfort zones with confidence
and trust. One of the greatest rewards of teaching is witnessing students move through their practice with grace, self-acceptance, and an open heart.

I am endlessly grateful to everyone who continues to support and encourage me on this journey — it truly means the world to me.

Namaste,
Zoe
