About Zoe

I began my path in life as a dancer at the age of 4. This was my passion, which took me all over the world.

Health and fitness have always been an important part of my life, at the age of 25 I started working as a fitness instructor. After exploring different Yoga disciplines, I discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga which led me onto an exciting journey of self-discovery.

In 2007, I went to Yoga Thailand to do an intensive 2 months teachers’ training. Wanting to deepen my knowledge of yoga I took regular trips to India, Asia and Europe, and study under some of the best yoga teachers in the world. I experimented with both ancient and modern cleansing practices and different approaches to diet and nutrition.

I was awarded the title of Senior Yoga Teaching with YogaAlliance UK in 2015. I had to teach a minimum 4000hrs over 8 years!

In 2010 Jason Bergin introduced me to Stand Up Paddle (SUP)Boarding. The paddle board makes a fine yoga mat, and together we created Sup Yoga Bournemouth. I’m now a trainer for ASI in Sup Yoga and wrote the manuals together with ASI for Sup Fitness Level 1 and 2.

My other passion is Aerial and Trapeze Yoga I just love to do tricks and hang upside down! I qualified as an Aerial Yoga teacher in 2018.

I love to study different yoga disciplines and last year I qualified as an Accredited Menopause Yoga Teacher with the lovely Petra Coveney.

Menopause Yoga is a lovely way to provide women with guidance, reflection and support. Help manage symptoms and their mindset.

I hold space for women’s circle in Menopause. It’s a safe space where women can come together to share experiences and knowledge, to connect with other women on the same path, to support each other, and to speak freely without judgement.

Together we celebrate our unique diversity and remember the power and wisdom of feminine energy.

In 2011 I hosted my first yoga holiday in Turkey and has since held many yoga holiday and workshops worldwide.

In 2020 Jane (a truly amazing senior yoga teacher and friend) and I teamed up to host a yoga holiday in Sri Lanka, which was truly amazing! We continue to run yoga events together and are excited to offer many more yoga holidays, workshops and day retreats around the world.

I bring love and compassion to my teaching, enabling people to develop beyond their comfort zone with my support and guidance. The most amazing and rewarding thing for me is to see my students flow through their practice with grace, acceptance and an open heart.

A special thanks to those who are constantly supporting and helping me follow my dreams it means the world to me!

Namaste Zoe.
