In this workshop, we’ll explore the mechanics, strength, and structure
needed for a safe headstand practice, including tripod variations.
What You’ll Learn:
Alignment & Anatomy:
Understand the biomechanics and body awareness essential for headstand stability.
Strength & Conditioning:
Build the necessary core, shoulder, and neck strength through targeted endurance
exercises and flexibility training.
Overcome Fear:
Develop confidence and clarity as you invert safely.
Known as Sirshasana in Sanskrit, the headstand is often referred to as the
“King of All Yoga Poses” for its physical, mental, and energetic benefits.
This workshop is open to all levels, including beginners.
No prior headstand experience is necessary — just bring your curiosity,
courage, and willingness to explore!
We’ll close the session with a deeply healing, guided meditation to ground
your energy and integrate the practice.
