Our morning Yoga practice will start with Pranayama, Meditation and Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Followed by a delicious vegan lunch
After lunch there will be time to explore the New Forest with beautiful walks in these idyllic private woods, surrounded by nature, it is truly magical!
The afternoon session will be Yin Yoga, a chance to recharge and give back to your body, mind, and spirit. Yin is an introspective practice that offers a chance to turn inward and nurture the calm, quiet centre that is innate in all of us. It is a practice in stillness, patience, and non-reactivity. Through Yin Yoga we become adept at self-care, better listeners with practice tuning in; become wiser as we get to know ourselves from the inside out; and we become more curious about the world through the exploration of our own inner worlds.
To finish the day off there will be a very special GONG MEDITATION with the lovely Scania Price.
The gongs start of producing sounds which increase, change and alter throughout the session. There is no exercise involved, you just lay down and let the gong vibrations wash over you. It is the easiest way to get into meditation. The gongs will play for about 50 mins and then a few different grounding sounds take place such as bamboo and chimes and then silence…
Gong is a natural, non-invasive, drug free therapy that omits extremely low frequency acoustically (ELF) which permeates the body and has been reported to create a natural pain relief process.
Beginners welcome too!
10.00 - 12.00 Pranayama, Meditation and Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
12.00 – 14.00 Lunch and time to explore the New Forest
14.00 - 15.00 Yin Yoga
15.00-16.00 Gong Meditation with the lovely Scania Price.
Includes vegan lunch.
The food will be vegan.
