o We have two yoga decks to practice a variety of different yoga styles. You will be able to choose which classes you would like to attend, from Zen to Ashtanga, Vinyasa to Yin.

The famous summer resort Porto Cervo, is a small jewel set among scenic beaches of rare splendour. A few steps from the picturesque centre of small alleys and squares there are some of the most enchanting beaches in northern Sardinia, lapped by a turquoise sea. Porto Cervo is a favourite destination where travellers can spend pleasant moments strolling among high-fashion boutiques, or dinning in renowned restaurants. In addition, the village and the surrounding areas are rich in history and culture dating back to the Nuragic period, such as the Albucciu Nuraghe, the giants' tombs and the Li Muri necropolis.

Zoe and Jane are senior yoga teachers with Yoga Alliance UK with a wealth of experience qualified in many different yoga disciplines, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Zen, Yin, Aerial, Trapeze, Sup Yoga, Aqua Yoga and Face Yoga.
Our yoga classes will take place on the private yoga deck overlooking the sea, offering fine views of the ocean while providing a calm and tranquil atmosphere lulled by the sound of the waves.
Our morning Yoga practice will start each day, with Pranayama, Mindfulness Meditation and Asana. The Asana practice will be a flowing class, much emphasis will be placed on the breath, helping you to achieve a moving meditational practice, calming both body and mind.
The afternoon session will be designed around different workshops, our special tips and tricks will allow you to achieve those poses you’ve been wanting to do!!
Time for you to ask questions, and of course lots of laughs!!
This yoga holiday is not just for those, who already have a regular yoga practice, but also for those who have just begun their yoga journey and wants to include this meditative and rejuvenate practice into his or her lives.
All the classes and workshops are optional, this is your holiday, you are free to do as much or as little as your body and hearts desires.
