Zoe will open our day with an energising, heart-opening session that combines dynamic Vinyasa flow with conscious breath work to awaken your energy,
build strength, and restore balance.
11.00 GUT POWER -
The art + science of nurturing a resilient microbiome. Sit soft, relax and tune in to this gut health masterclass with Fran, complete with healthy, vibrant refreshments
that feel and taste as good as they look.
11.30 BREATHWORK with Ellie -
Clear space for deep rest, renewal and clarity.
12.30 SPA TIME -
A blissful session of swim, hot tub, steam and sauna to detox and melt
stress from every muscle.
1.45 LUNCH by Fran -
2 courses of delicious phytonutrient rich nourishment followed by medicinal
CACAO demo and tasting.
2.45 RESTORATIVE YIN -
Zoe will lead us in to deep stretch and relaxation - release and revive.
3.30 CRYSTAL SOUND BATH -
With Emma Seymour Wellness - let the heavenly healing sounds of the bowls wash over every cell of your body for deep relaxation and rejuvenation

the spa and retreat space.
