She will join Fran to discuss the art + science of glowing skin, from the inside and out, promoting healthy ageing and a youthful glow at any age.

Zoe will open our day with an energising, heart-opening session that combines dynamic Vinyasa flow with conscious breath work to awaken your energy, build strength, support detoxification and restore balance.
11.45 Get the GLOW -
The art + science of glowing, healthy skin. Sit soft, relax and tune in to this skin health masterclass with Fran + Hanaa, complete with healthy, vibrant refreshments that feel and taste as good as they look.
