Zoe Lee

Originally a professional dancer,  Zoe has worked in the fitness industry for 28 years.  Zoe began teaching Body Balance, a form of Tai Chi Yoga and Pilates in 2002. She has since gone on to study Ashtanga Yoga. Zoe feels that Ashtanga Yoga has transformed her life and has had the most profound and positive effect on her.  She is excited to be able to pass this on to other people, in order to help them find their own true self in life.  

Zoe's classes vary in strength and movement, depending on the level of her students, as Zoe tailors each session to the clients needs.  When practiced regularly Ashtanga Yoga calms the mind, detoxifies and rebalances the body, develops flexibility, strength, muscle tone, stamina and is great for weight loss.  Therefore Ashtanga Yoga will benefit old, young, male, female and is ideal for new mothers.  Zoe offers a choice of attending her Ashtanga group classes, or one to one sessions up to a maximum of 4 people in the privacy of your own home or place of work.   Beginners or experienced are all welcome.  Prices start from as little as £8.00* per head.
