Zoe's classes vary in strength and movement, depending on the level of her students, as Zoe tailors each session to the clients needs. When practiced regularly Ashtanga Yoga calms the mind, detoxifies and rebalances the body, develops flexibility, strength, muscle tone, stamina and is great for weight loss. Therefore Ashtanga Yoga will benefit old, young, male, female and is ideal for new mothers. Zoe offers a choice of attending her Ashtanga group classes, or one to one sessions up to a maximum of 4 people in the privacy of your own home or place of work.
