Monthly Menopause Yoga Workshop

Meet Zoe on the 2nd Thursday of every month for the
Menopause Yoga Workshop that will lovingly offer you
guidance, reflection and support.

Menopause Yoga is a lovely way of managing your
symptoms and your mindset.

Each workshop has a theme connected to specific symptoms:

Alleviating Anxiety, Brain Fog and Overwhelm.

Hot Flushes, Night Sweats, anger surges, aggression and irritability.

Strength and Empowerment, for building strong bones and healthy bodies.
Each workshop giving you a toolkit of techniques to help manage your
menopause symptoms.

We will work with this theme throughout the workshop, incorporating breathing techniques, gentle Vinyasa flow yoga, restorative yoga, relaxation poses and guided meditation.

Zoe will hold space for the Women’s Circle.

This will be a safe space where we can come together to share experiences and knowledge. You will have an opportunity to connect with other women on the same path, to support each other, and to speak freely without judgement. Together we can celebrate our unique diversity and remember the power and wisdom of feminine energy.


Zoe will guide you through a gentle Vinyasa flow class, harmonising breath and movement to calm the nervous system, introduce breath work exercises to manage anxiety, overwhelm and brain fog. Grounding, restorative inversions and mindful relaxing meditation, designed to calm an anxious mind, insomnia and fatigue, will bring us into a place of stillness to help accept the changes taking place in a positive way.

Time to Reflect

As women, we have suffered in silence going through this upheaval alone.

There has been little information on how to manage the symptoms of Perimenopause, Menopause to Post Menopause.

A lack of oestrogen can affect many parts of our body causing all kinds of symptoms emotionally and physically, the feeling that “someone has taken over my body.”

We now have a wealth of knowledge about nutrition, natural remedies, complimentary therapies, HRT exercise and my personal favourite -
Menopause Yoga - to help manage menopause symptoms.

It’s important to have you time to ‘Meno-Pause’, to connect with your true feelings and thoughts no matter how scary that might be, to know there is support guidance and help available.

This is an opportunity for Self-growth as we move into this very special stage in our life called “Second Spring”

You will leave the practice feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and healthy.

Zoe is a Senior and experienced Yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance UK, and a Menopause Yoga Accredited Teacher.
