In this fun workshop, we will breakdown the physiology of the jumping back and through.
We will explore useful techniques, strengthen the arms and shoulders along with core training, to make the impossible possible.
We have said it ourselves and heard all the excuses “my arms are too short” “my legs are too heavy” even “my bum’s to big” and convinced that we would never float off the mat … Then suddenly it happens!
We will help you understand why the jump back and jump through are such important movements that will help transform your whole Yoga practice.
Expect lots of laughs!! We look forward to you joining us as we float through the air!!
This workshop will be geared up for all levels of yoga students.
The Lovely Adelaide from ‘Raw is for Real’ will be making us some delicious vegan treats too!
This will also count as a Yoga Alliance 3 hours CPD for those teachers among us!
