Come and join Ros, Steph & Zoe for a wellness day involving Yoga, Pilates, a stretch class, relaxation, mindfulness and breathing class to unwind but feel energised by the end of the day. You will start the day with a smoothie shot while you meet the other people on the retreat and make yourself at home in the lovely venue. Then you can enjoy a tea or coffee mid morning. Steph has designed a delicious nutritional vegetarian menu for lunch and then before you go home a slice of cake with a cup of tea. You will also get the recipe cards to take home.

Schedule for the day
9.00-9.30 Arrival and welcome drink
9.30-10.45 Yoga with Zoe Lee
10.45-11.15 Break tea or coffee and healthy treat
11.15-12.30 Pilates with Ros Cox
12.30 - 1.15 Guided walk ( bring appropriate clothing for the weather!!)
1.15 - 2.00 Lunch
2.15 - 3.15 Stretch class with Ros Cox
3.15 - 3.45  Breathing class
3.45 -4.30  Tea and cake
4.30 Home
