Our morning Yoga practice will start with Pranayama, Meditation and Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Followed by a delicious vegan lunch courtesy of 'Raw is for Real’.
After lunch there will be time to explore the New Forest

Join by Gemma Jenkins of The Modern Whole Home for a beautiful workshop to learn how to use essential oils to ground your practice, awaken the breath, calm the nervous system, release toxicity + essential oils for chakra support.'
The afternoon session will be Yin Yoga, a chance to recharge and give back to your body, mind, and spirit. Yin is an introspective practice that offers a chance to turn inward and nurture the calm, quiet centre that is innate in all of us. It is a practice in stillness, patience, and non-reactivity. Through Yin Yoga we become adept at self-care, better listeners with practice tuning in; become wiser as we get to know ourselves from the inside out; and we become more curious about the world through the exploration of our own inner worlds.
Finishing the day with a wonderful Nidra Yoga Meditation.

12.00 - 13.30 Lunch and time to explore the New Forest
13.30 - 14.30 Essential oils workshop.
14.30 - 16.00 Yin Yoga & Nidra Meditation.
£80 per person, includes vegan lunch.
The food will be vegan.
