The day will start with an Ashtanga/ Mysore yoga practice, followed by a delicious vegan lunch courtesy of 'Sukha Lounge'. The afternoon workshop is exploring the art of arm balances. This fun, challenging workshop sequence of arm-balances is designed to teach you how to do arm-balances with a greater understanding and ease.
We will break down the anatomy of each posture, teach you the appropriate preparatory poses to open and strengthen the body, build the strength and structure in your body parts require for each arm balance. We will discuss tips and tricks for greater success.
To finish the day off there will be a very special GONG MEDITATION

14.00 - 15.00 Arm Balance Workshop.
15.00 - 16.00 Gong Meditation.
£80 per person, includes vegan lunch.
